'School Works input into the Knowsley Building Schools for the Future Design Festival was alive with great ideas. They impressed elected members, headteachers and young people alike. They are signposting the way to which young people should be involved in making major decisions '
Mike Rees, BSF Programme Manager
Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council
"Engaging with pupils and teachers through the School Works event gave our programme a huge kick start. All who attended enjoyed the experience, and were immediately enthused by the potential for changing school environments through good design - if the brief is right. For the LEA, certain key design issues were clarified quickly and concisely by those who study and work in schools in workshop exercises that imaginatively draw out the end-users perspective."
