Demonstration sites

	Bradford Demonstration Site School Works was invited to work with schools within Phase 1 of Bradford's Buildings Schools Pathfinder proposal. This first phase was awarded DfES indicative credit in February 2004 to rebuild Tong School and Sports College, Salt Grammar School and Buttershaw High School and the School Works participatory process took place in February and March 2004. 	Rebuilding Six Schools in Newcastle Newcastle LEA asked School Works to involve pupils, parents and the local community in designing schools within Newcastle LEA's second round PFI project in September 2003. The participatory process was completed in early December with the outcomes report produced in early January. More
	Northampton In June 2003, Northamptonshire County Council become the second DfES funded School Works demonstration site. The project was to inform the design brief for the new £22 - £25 million Duston School at Northampton. More
